How these terms apply

Stockholm IT Academi AB provides DAWN. These terms describe individual account use and must be read with the application’s Terms of service. The terms presented and accepted in the application govern account acceptance. Publishing this page does not retroactively change an existing agreement. An expressly agreed customer contract takes precedence for that organisation where it conflicts.

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate registration details, protect credentials and verification codes, and report suspected account misuse promptly. Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorised to access. An organisation membership gives only the permissions assigned to it; a personal account does not confer authority to act for an employer.

Keep your contact details current. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person or use access after your authorisation ends. Organisation administrators are responsible for reviewing memberships and permissions.

Your information and instructions

You or the relevant organisation retain rights to submitted content. You permit us to process, host and transmit it as needed to provide the requested service, protect it and meet legal duties. This does not grant permission for unrelated model training.

Only submit data you are entitled to use. Check information and destinations before confirming an action. Do not upload unnecessary health, identity or confidential information. The Acceptable use policy applies to account activity, integrations and automation.

AI assistance and decisions

AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. An authorised person must independently review material output before it affects hiring, rejection, pay, promotion, dismissal, leave or another significant interest. You must be able to question and correct an output rather than treat a generated score as a fact. DAWN is not the employer and does not take over your organisation’s decision responsibilities.

Access, closure and remedies

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful instructions or material breach. Where the risk permits, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can stop using DAWN and request account closure. Leaving a workspace does not necessarily delete records controlled by that organisation.

The application terms govern availability, intellectual property, remedies, liability and disputes. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected. Contact hello@dawnhcm.com if you need help identifying the terms or controller applicable to your account.
