Responsible AI

What AI assists with and where human responsibility remains.

Published Stockholm IT Academi AB

You are interacting with AI

DAWN’s conversational responses, generated speech, summaries and suggested work use artificial intelligence. They are not statements by a human colleague. The website’s product videos are recordings, not live conversations with your organisation.

Depending on configuration, AI assists with request interpretation, selected context, document extraction, questions, transcription, summaries and proposed actions. Availability and quality depend on the selected service and source information.

Review before consequences

AI can invent details, omit context, mishear speech or reproduce bias. A generated assessment is not a verified fact. Check material output against its sources, correct errors and consider the affected person’s explanation.

Employment decisions must have meaningful review by a suitably authorised person who can reject or change the recommendation. A confirmation button alone is not meaningful oversight. An organisation remains responsible for its decisions and must not use DAWN to avoid employment or data protection obligations.

Data and model use

Configured providers may receive selected text, context, documents or audio. Sharing a request is not a grant to train unrelated models on workforce data. Any separate training programme requires documented data rights, a lawful basis, minimisation and appropriate safeguards.

Private or internally operated model options do not mean every current route is private or that external processing has ended. We do not present a future capability as an implemented privacy control. The provider schedule and actual configuration determine the processing for a particular feature.

Limits and feedback

Do not use DAWN for prohibited workplace emotion inference, unlawful discrimination, social scoring or unsupported conclusions about personality or health. Voice and interview use require clear notice and a lawful basis for recording or transcription.

Report an inaccurate or harmful output to hello@dawnhcm.com or your organisation’s responsible reviewer. Describe the feature and concern without unnecessary sensitive data. For a decision affecting you, ask the responsible organisation for an explanation, correction and human review.
