With AI, I saw a chance to bring everything under one roof and make it conversational, so people can just ask for what they need. That’s why I started DAWN.
An idea we could build together.
Sai Nath, my childhood friend and a software engineer, joined me. We started turning the idea into a product, working out how a conversation could bring the work together.
We knew how to build software. We needed to understand the work.
Our technical experience could take us so far. But HR has its own decisions, exceptions and responsibilities. We needed someone who had done that work and could help us see what we were missing.

I had met Jaya a few years earlier at Stockholm Business Region. When we connected over DAWN, she brought the HR perspective we needed.
She joined us as co-founder. We could now look at the same problem through engineering and HR, and make better decisions about what DAWN should do.
That’s when DAWN started coming to life.
