Accessibility statement
Access options, known limitations and how to report a barrier.
Our approach
We want people to use the DAWN website regardless of disability or input method. WCAG 2.2 AA guides our design and review. This statement covers the public website, not a certification of the separate application. We have not completed an independent conformance audit and do not claim full conformance.
Available controls
The site provides keyboard navigation, visible focus, a skip link, structured headings, responsive layouts and text that can be enlarged. Accessibility settings in the footer lets you reduce decorative motion or follow your device preference. The setting persists in your browser.
Product demonstrations use native video controls, Swedish and English captions and text transcripts. Playback is initiated by you. The website is available in Swedish and English.
Known limits and testing
Interface text inside recorded videos and illustrations can be small on narrow screens. Captions and transcripts describe the spoken content, but are not a complete audio description of every visual change. Fullscreen can help when inspecting the actual interface.
Recent checks used a Chromium browser at desktop, tablet and mobile viewport sizes, with keyboard interaction and motion preferences. This is not equivalent to testing every physical device, screen reader or browser. Native media controls vary by browser. We continue to review barriers as they are reported.
Report a barrier
Email hello@dawnhcm.com or call +46 (0)8 599 00 277. Include the page address, what you wanted to do and, if useful, your browser or assistive technology. Do not include passwords or sensitive personnel information. Tell us if you need the information in another accessible format so we can discuss an appropriate alternative.
