Use within your authority

Use DAWN only for lawful purposes within your permissions and agreed service scope. Provide accurate material information and respect privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property. You are responsible for the instructions and integrations you authorise.

Prohibited conduct

Do not discriminate unlawfully, harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate people. Do not use DAWN for unlawful surveillance, social scoring, harmful manipulation, or inference of protected characteristics without lawful authority. Do not infer emotion, honesty or competence from a person’s voice, appearance or accent.

Do not bypass permissions or human review, steal credentials, introduce malware, scrape private records, overload services or evade provider restrictions. Do not send unauthorised automated messages or calls. Security testing requires prior permission unless limited research is expressly permitted by an applicable disclosure programme.

Employment and sensitive data

Do not treat generated rankings or assessments as final employment decisions. An authorised reviewer must consider relevant evidence, correct errors and be able to disregard the output. Do not use unsupported psychological or biometric claims to assess a person.

Do not submit sensitive data without a necessary purpose, lawful basis and required safeguards. Do not use real workforce data or production credentials in an unapproved test environment. Recording and transcription require applicable notice and consent where the law requires consent.

Enforcement and reporting

We may reject an instruction, restrict a feature, preserve necessary evidence or suspend access proportionately to investigate and address a breach. We give notice and an opportunity to respond where safe and lawful. Report misuse to hello@dawnhcm.com with the affected feature and relevant dates, without sending unnecessary personal data or secrets.
